Introduction
This is a set of duplex developed by our company for the dry powder filling of fire extinguishers.
Filling machine, conveying line, punching, intubating, tightening and inflating one dry powder filling automatic production line,it is a new filling concept. The entire production line requires only three people to operate and can complete 300 cylinders per hour.

Put on the workpiece →Start → Compress,Vacuum filling→Filling finished, another workpiece filling→Filling finished, Loosen the workpiece,take down workpiece →Followed By Recycling
2.Filling Amount Deviation Requirement
Complete the one-time continuous punching and charging, andFilling Amount Deviation meets the standard requirements:
1-3 kg: ± 3%.
3 kg: ± 2%
