Auto Parts Wheels Electrophoresis Powder Coating Line The production line consists of pre-treatment, electrophoresis, curing drying tunnel, catenary system, electronic control system and so on.
1.Pre-treatment and Post-treatment Pre-treatment is suitable for silane environmental protection process. Post-treatment adopts a full spray process, which can effectively form a film. The shed body and the liquid storage tank are all made of stainless steel; the spray side plate is double-layered. Ensure that there is no leakage, insulation cotton is added between the two layers of the heating section, and the outer panel is plug-in type. This structure provides aesthetics, noise reduction, and saves functionality.
2.Electrophoresis Electrophoresis is equipped with electrophoresis aids: rectified power and conductive devices, ultrafiltration systems, anode systems, main circulation systems, and transfer tank systems.
3.Delivery method The catenary uses QXT200/30KG. Double drive double tensioning, controlled by frequency converter. Equipped with C-type hangers and oil-splitting plates to reduce contamination of the workpiece and suitable for product process production.
4.Drying road The drying tunnel is arranged on the whole platform, the fire passage and the electrophoresis auxiliary device are arranged below, and the side panel adopts the male and female plug-in structure. It uses a full bridge to save energy. The drying tunnel is provided with an exhaust pipe and a wind curtain. The top is provided with a venting opening. The inner plate is made of δ0.8 galvanized steel plate, and the outer plate is made of δ0.8 color steel plate. The heating room is equipped with an access door and a cold air inlet for cooling.
5.Electronic control system The electronic control system adopts centralized control and decentralized setting principles

The liquid storage tank is provided with a liquid level gauge, and the low liquid level is interlocked with the water pump and alarmed.
