LPG Cylinder Requalification Line for Our Customer

We are excited to share that we've successfully set up and started the LPG Cylinder Requalification Line for our customers in Malaysia!

They are new to the LPG cylinder requalification line business. They asked us to build a customized production line (without the parts for removing Residual liquid and incinerator furnace). Even though they had no experience, we helped them every step of the way: We held several video meetings to check their factory layout and and discuss technical issues; We invite them to visit our factory and show how the machines would work; We adjusted the design to fit their customized needs.

The equipment was shipped in January 2025 and reached Port Klang by February 2025. To save cost to customers, our after-sales engineers spent just 5 days on-site to complete installation and on-site commissioning, fix any issues, train their team, and get the line running smoothly. We also set up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online support to help them anytime.
