Plasma Tunnel Type Welding Machine is designed to weld the longitudinal seam for cylindrical workpiece.
Main parameter:
Length limit: L≤1.5m
Diameter range: 200~500mm
Thickness range: 1.5~3mm
Advantage of plasma welding machine:
Good arc penetration. Small hole effect can make the SS304 which is thinner than 8mm steel get penetrated in a time without any opening. It is good to use for for quick and easy cold mini can, storage tank...which are of thicker steel wall. The advantage will not be full used if used in LNG, Du crock which are of thinner wall.
Disadvantage of plasma welding machine:
High investment;
Complex process;
Difficult operation.
