2.Description
The welding main machine adopts C-type structure, the workpiece advances forward and forward, and the clamp is pressed by the piano key or the cylinder type pressing plate, the workpiece is fixed, and the welding torch walks the straight seam welding;

The feeding and discharging of the equipment adopts hydraulic trolley lifting or electric lifting, artificial auxiliary form, and the welding process is automatic;

According to the welding process of the workpiece, TIG process, MIG process, PAW process, PAW+TIG process, etc. can be selected;

Optional configurations include TV monitoring systems, weld trackers, arc length tracking devices, TIG (or PAW) wire fillers, weld centering devices, welding shakers, work platforms, and more.

3.Characters
The straight seam welding machine of the cylinder adopts the through-type structure, and the material is discharged after feeding the material, the efficiency is high, and the logistics is convenient;

All the action processes are automatically completed by the equipment: the cylinder is seamed, fixed, seamed, eliminates the wrong edge, compacts, and welds;

The indexing/receiving arc plate automatic pointing system is configured; the lead/receiving arc plate automatically screens the materials, automatically grabs the placement and automatically determines the points;

After the straight seam welding is completed, the cylinder lead/retracting plate is automatically cut and polished.
